DeKalb County Farmland Foundation Records
The DeKalb County Farmland Foundation records date from 1997 to 2014. The records include meeting minutes, agendas, newsletters, mission statements, by-laws, tax forms, and other basic components that make up the infrastructure of a not-for-profit organization. Included are correspondence with the Internal Revenue Service, other conservation organizations, and DeKalb County officials and representatives.
DeKalb County Fine Arts Association Collection
The majority of the collection documents the involvement of the Association in the creation of the Ellwood House as a museum. The DeKalb County Fine Arts Association Collection dates from 1961 to 1979 and consists of by-laws, correspondence, and meeting minutes. The collection is by no means complete but will give the researcher background information regarding the formation of the Ellwood House as well as other activities of the Association.
DeKalb County Highway Commissioners
The collection consists of historical plat maps for cities and townships in DeKalb County (Ill.) from 1865-1951. Also included are the meeting minutes of the DeKalb County Highway Commission from April 5, 1884- April 15, 1913.
DeKalb County Historical Society Records
The records in this collection document the activities of the DeKalb County Historical Society from 1972 to 1986.

The records of the DeKalb County Home Economists date from January 1983 to June 1999 and contains bylaws, membership lists, meeting minutes and organization mailings.
DeKalb County Migrant Ministry Records
DeKalb County Rehab and Nursing Center Auxiliary Records
The records of the DeKalb County Rehab and Nursing Center Auxiliary date from 1978 to 2010 and consist of history, bylaws, financial reports, membership information, newsletters, fund raising activities, newspaper clippings, Peddler Shop and information about the new home referendum and the new home. Note that information about the DeKalb County Nursing Home Foundation, a similar organization, can be found in Box 1, Folder 43.
DeKalb County Senior Citizens Club Collection
The DeKalb County Senior Citizens Clubs Collection consists of two series: Waterman, Illinois Elderberries Club and the Hinckley, Illinois Golden Age Club. Series I contains the minutes of the Waterman Elderberries Club for the years 1976-1986. Series II consists of the minutes and attendance lists for the Hinckley Golden Age Club. Also included in Series II is a scrapbook that contains photographs, programs, and newspaper clippings.
DeKalb Daughters of Veterans Records
The DeKalb Daughters of Veterans Records document the history of an organization formed to perpetuate the memories of the men who fought in the Civil War (1897-1909). Minutes, semi-annual reports, correspondence, membership and financial records reveal the Organization’s concerns with helping the widows and orphans of Civil War heroes throughout their history. A report of-the Fifth Annual Convention, National and State General Orders, and General Information complete the collection.
