The collection consists of materials from the Ohave Sholom Synagogue, Rockford, Illinois, from 1941-2013, with the bulk of the collection dating from 1980-2005. The materials document the functioning of the synagogue and reflect its spiritual, educational, and social mission. Records dealing with the history of the synagogue prior to the 1970s are few.
