Abstract
The Regional History Center's postcard collection contains over 2,500 individual cards and provides a unique source for photographic and artistic documentation of people, places and events, the majority during the 1900-1940 period. Scope and Contents
Series I, Organization Records, consists the original Articles of Incorporation, by-laws and resolutions, and meeting minutes from 1988 to present. The meeting minutes before 1988 have been lost. Series II, Trip Reports, date from 1975 to 1998 and contain the reports written by the leader of each trips and a lists of participants. The Addendum to the collection contains newsletters dating from 1971 to the present.

The University Archives acquired the Presidents' papers in numerous installments beginning in the mid-1960's. With the exception of files relating to legal counsel and personnel matters, there are no restrictions on access to the records through the Monat administration.
