Scope and Contents
The Lyda Morehouse papers consists of printed (paper-based) drafts, manuscripts, synopsis, correspondences, outlines, notes, page proofs, writing contest entries, original writing from high school and college, publications with her work, and Ms. Morehouse's original folders for her work. The collection is divided into series based upon format. Series I consists of novels, series II consists of short stories, series III consists of unpublished and unfinished work, series IV consist of correspondence, series V consists of publications, and series VI consists of miscellaneous articles. Within each section organization is based on original date of work.
