The DeKalb Daughters of Veterans Records document the history of an organization formed to perpetuate the memories of the men who fought in the Civil War (1897-1909). Minutes, semi-annual reports, correspondence, membership and financial records reveal the Organization’s concerns with helping the widows and orphans of Civil War heroes throughout their history.
