Abstract

Roberta Shoaf, Director of the DeKalb County Animal Shelter, donated the DeKalb County Animal Shelter Records to the Regional History Center on April 14, 2014. Property rights in the collection belong to the Regional History Center; literary rights are dedicated to the public. There are no restrictions on access to the collection.

Scope and Contents The Genoa Afternoon Homemakers Extension Unit records are divided into three series: Genoa Afternoon Homemakers Extension Unit; DeKalb County; and Illinois. Series I contains a complete set of meeting minutes from the organization’s establishment in 1937 to its disbandment in 1998. Scope and Contents

The Genoa Women's Club records document the history of the organization from 1947-1984. The minutes are complete from 1947 to 1975 and together with the treasurer's reports comprise a fairly comprehensive history of the club's activities. Other related material such as agendas, meeting announcements, and newsletters add support information. The four volumes of scrapbooks and the project and program folders highlight the clubs business affairs and fund raising activities.

Scope and Contents The H.H.
