Alan Denson Papers

Scope and Contents

Northern Illinois University acquired some 36 books and several envelopes of manuscripts and letters relating to 20th-Century Anglo-Irish writers, especially George Russel (A.E.), from Alan Denson in 1970. Denson was the editor of AE's letters, as well as having published a bibliography on AE. Denson's correspondence with writers and notes are indexed.

The International Wizard of Oz fan club member correspondence and convention ephemera represents the bulk of the collection.
