Illinois Handbook of Federation Procedures, 1974

This collection documents the history of District VI from its formation in 1945 through 1982.  There is a nearly complete run of meeting minutes which include reports from clubs in the area.  Also included are presidents’ council minutes (1973-1980), correspondence (l972-l980), and treasurer’s reports (1946-1981).  Files on club chartering document the formation of the Rochelle and McHenry B.P.W.
