Scope and Contents
The collection consists of the Preserve Campton records from 2004 to 2011, with the bulk of the material dating from 2004 to 2007. The second series deals with the fight against the Elgin annexations with records such as petitions, plans, statements, correspondence, and newspaper clippings. The third series is about the incorporation effort of the Village of Campton Hills but there are many missing minutes and documentation of groups activities.
