BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH Margaret Jean [Peggy] Allen, the daughter of Bly and Roy Allen, was raised in DeKalb, Illinois and attended the University School at Northern Illinois University from 1961 to 1964. Allen then attended DeKalb High School where she was the first female President of the Student Council in 1966/1967. She married Steve Arnold, and they eventually moved to Madison, Wisconsin. The materials in this collection were donated by Margaret Arnold on February 16, 2007.
