BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH Keith P. Lowman began working at Northern Illinois University in October 1974 as a photographer for Art/Photo Services.  He served in that capacity until 1988 when he moved up to the position of Graphic Design Supervisor in Media Services, a position he held until his retirement on May 31, 2006.  Lowman received his Doctorate in Education in Educational Technology from NIU, in December 2006.
