The collection consists of four series of records from 1974-2014 of the DeKalb County Animal Shelter of Genoa, Illinois. Series one contains administrative records such as founding information, lists of members, meeting minutes, and property documents. Series two contains financial records including bank information, and reports. Series three contains outreach and membership records including correspondences, newsletters, outreach information, fund-raising event information, news articles, and photographs. Series four also contains oversized animal rescue posters and several facility blueprints.
