2 payment letters from Sam's Dot Publishing for 5 of Jaime's poems, 12-4-2006, 6-5-2007

The Jaime Lee Moyer papers contain printed and handwritten (paper-based) materials that are split into series based upon format.  Series I consists of Short Fiction and Series II is Poetry spanning from her school days to the current decade. These series are sorted alphabetically by title. Series III is Notes and Series IV contains Correspondence. Series V is Digital Media.  The author's digital media and hardcopy electronic files (whether sent electronically via email or on a CD/USB drive) will be placed on the department's main computer drive in the author's SFWA finding aid folder titled under their name and identification number.  Series VI is Miscellaneous material, such as post card ads for other author's books.
