Scope and Contents The railway collection falls into two logical series of record groups assembled by Mr. C.W. Finch and Mrs. James B. Marshall. Scope and Contents The materials in this collection primarily deal with subjects of interest to genealogists, and date from the mid-1800’s to 1990’s.  A sizeable portion of the collection relates to materials on DeKalb County, especially cemetery records.
